Adoptionsforum » Adopted Child Accepted in new school?

Hello,

I am an experienced IB teacher, and have taught in 2 good schools in 2 countries over the last 5 years. I recently got married and am in the process of adopting my wife's daughter.I am looking at applying for a particular school in the country my wife comes from. Work is not a problem for her as she can get a local job no problem.Will the school offer my daughter free education? The school package states up to 3 kids free as a benefit. Will this be an issue as we have not changed the name yet to our married name? Has anyone had any experience in this sort of thing? Do schools mind hiring a teacher with dependents if they are a good candidate and the school has plenty of money?

Please help.
